AWS infrastructure, run by people you can name.

CloudSyncPK is an AWS consulting and managed services team for startups, SaaS companies, agencies, and growing businesses. We set up, migrate, secure, and optimize AWS, then keep it running.

What should the audit look at first?

What we need from you, and what we never ask for.

Free audit
No AWS accessYou describe the setup, monthly spend, and concerns. An engineer reviews what you share. Nothing is connected to your account.
Scoped work
Temporary, least-privilege IAMA role limited to the agreed work, in an account you keep owning. Scope and responsibilities are written down first, and material changes wait for your approval.
Never
Root or permanent keysWe never ask for root passwords, permanent access keys, or secret keys, whether by form, email, or chat.

You keep ownership of your AWS account throughout.

How an engagement runs

Every engagement starts with the free audit and a written plan. Managed support then follows the same four steps.

01 / 04

Assess

Establish a baseline for infrastructure, risk, cost, and operational priorities.

You get: Baseline and priorities

02 / 04

Stabilize

Fix the agreed security, monitoring, backup, and reliability gaps in priority order.

You get: Remediation plan

03 / 04

Operate

Monitor, maintain, report, and respond according to the support plan you choose.

You get: Operational coverage

04 / 04

Improve

Review cost, performance, resilience, and scaling needs as the environment changes.

You get: Reports and roadmap

Two founders. Named owners for every decision.

Muhammad Usman

Founder & CEO

Owns the technical side: AWS architecture, migrations, security hardening, cost reviews, and the quality of what gets implemented.

Muhammad Habib

Co-Founder & COO

Owns the engagement: discovery, scope, client communication, delivery tracking, and follow-through after handover.

More about how we work

Three ways to work with us

Scoped and quoted after the audit, based on your workload and support needs.

Project

A defined piece of work with an end date.

A production setup, a migration, a cost or security review.

Fully managed

No in-house cloud team, or one that should not be on call for AWS.

Monitoring, maintenance, reporting, and incident response under written terms.

Co-managed

Your engineers keep ownership; you want AWS depth beside them.

Shared runbooks, reviews, and hands-on help where you need it.

Questions people ask first

Do you need access to our AWS account for the free audit?

No. The free audit is based on what you tell us about your setup, spend, and concerns. If you later approve scoped work, we ask for a temporary IAM role limited to that work. We never ask for root passwords or permanent access keys.

How much does it cost?

The initial audit is free. After it, work is quoted for your environment and scope rather than sold from a fixed price list. You can see the engagement options on the packages page.

Who will actually do the work?

The founders. Muhammad Usman owns the technical work and Muhammad Habib owns scope, communication, and delivery. You know who is responsible for what from the first conversation.

Can you work alongside our own developers?

Yes. Co-managed support is designed for that: your team keeps ownership and we add AWS depth, reviews, and hands-on help. Application development is not included unless it is scoped separately.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Coverage and response times depend on the support plan and are agreed in writing. We do not promise blanket 24/7 coverage without written terms.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

Yes. We work remotely with US and international businesses, and communication is in English.
